Terms of Service

Our binding agreement for technology consulting and software development services. Please review carefully before engaging our professional services.

Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all professional engagements with Droom Dazlean Solutions for technology consulting, software development, and related services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide custom software development, mobile applications, IoT solutions, cloud infrastructure, and AI implementations as defined in each project Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

Projects follow milestone-based payment schedules outlined in the SOW. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance via bank transfer or approved payment methods.

  • 30% deposit to commence work
  • Milestone payments per SOW
  • 20% final payment on completion
  • Late fees: 1.5% per month

3. Intellectual Property

Client receives full ownership of custom deliverables upon final payment. We retain rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and general methodologies.

  • No usage restrictions post-payment

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely requirements, feedback, testing environments, and approvals to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Provide complete requirements
  • Approve milestones within 5 days
  • Provide testing data/environments
  • Make payments on schedule

5. Project Timeline

Timelines commence upon receipt of deposit and client requirements. Delays in client approvals extend deadlines accordingly.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for all work completed to termination date plus 15% cancellation fee.

7. Warranty & Support

90-day bug fix warranty included. Optional maintenance contracts available for ongoing support and updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability limited to fees paid. No consequential damages. Client responsible for data backups and security compliance.
